A career built on developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships has enabled Mandy to become a trusted leader in government regulation, auditing, and compliance. With over two decades of experience, she brings a unique ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—government agencies, industry bodies, training providers, community organisations, and privately owned businesses—while co-creating solutions that balance compliance, cultural awareness, and innovation.
Mandy’s expertise spans both public and private sectors, where she has successfully navigated complex frameworks, including government tender processes, grant programs, and highly regulated industry standards. Her collaborative approach has been central to leading complex audit and compliance programs, ensuring organisations not only meet evolving legislative requirements but also strengthen operational excellence, governance capability, and stakeholder confidence.
A significant highlight of her career includes managing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance for one of Queensland’s largest education and training providers. In this role, Mandy oversaw end-to-end compliance operations, from internal audits and policy development to external regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement. Her leadership ensured the provider consistently met national standards and maintained its reputation for quality and integrity in vocational education and training.
Mandy also successfully managed the trainer and assessor accreditation program for over 250 professionals across Queensland. This statewide initiative required strategic oversight, meticulous project management, and clear communication with a broad spectrum of professionals. By fostering collaboration and tailoring solutions to meet varied needs, Mandy ensured all trainers and assessors achieved the highest standards of professional competency and regulatory compliance, while cultivating a culture of professional development and excellence.
